Russia arrests Uzbek man suspected of assassinating Gen. Kirillov

Russia's state-run Russiya 24 television channel released images of a 29-year-old Uzbek man who was arrested by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) as a suspect in the assassination of Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, commander of the Moscow nuclear, chemical and biological weapons defense forces, with a bomb on an electric scooter on Tuesday, December 17, 2014, local time, killing Kirillov and his aide.
